Product Returns - Products must be returned within 30 days to be valid for credit. Returned merchandise must have prior authorization. All returned merchandise without prior authorization will be refused and/or subject to a restocking charge of 15%. Other than warranty product, the customer will be responsible for all inbound and outbound freight charges.
